Apparently he fell in his bedroom at about 9ish and by the time my mother went up to check on him at about 11am, he was already dead. It was his birthday. 11 April. There was a slight swell on his head... probably knocked his head when he fell but there was no blood. He looked peaceful and we are sure death must have been quick and painless. There was no sign that he was trying to get up or move to the door for help. Just like that.. he was gone. Could have been a massive stroke. We have decided not to do an autopsy.
